XMT-JK series digital temperature control meter

Operation Instruction

The XMT-JK series digital temperature control meter can connection 8 or 12 road Sensor and control 8 or 12 road temperature at one time. It is advantage for connection at scene.

Ⅰ. Main technical standard

1) Input:  Thermocouple:  K 、J ;  thermal resistance: PT100

2) Display precision:  superior to 0.5 degree

3) Control method: ON/OFF drop in level control, PID control

4) Output method: 5A relay , solid state relay and silicon controlled over zero spring output

5) Working power: AC220V 50Hz , the power’s consumption is less than 4W

6) Size(mm): 160x 80 x 125 ;  Installation hole(mm): 152x 76

Ⅱ. Face indicator

The face have 8 or 12 displays, difference use show every single road measured value every one time.

It has a radix point right LED every display, the radix point is turning on, this way has control output. the radix point is turning off, this way hasn’t control output.

Ⅳ.Setting the parameters

1、Set the first step menu SP:  Press the ▲ or ▼ key 3s enter into the first step menu parameter, code and parameter value will alternate display, press the ▲ or ▼ key long time to Decreases or Increases the parameter value, setting finish , then press  ▲ and ▼ key will preserve and return out. If within 10 seconds do not press every key then it will automatically preserve and return out.

2、Set the second step menu: Press the ▲ and ▼ key 3S enter into the second step menu, in this time code and parameter value will alternate display, press the ▲ or ▼ key long time to Decreases or Increases the parameter value, when the setting finished, press ▲ and ▼ key will return out and enter into the next parameter. Use the same idea to set other parameter. If within 10 seconds do not press every key then it will automatically preserve and return out.

Notice:

1) Controller’s specific connection should be confirm to the case’s connection

2) The meter’s signal input used to isolate type sensor, or that may affect the meter’s measurement.
